1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk335 ("pk335", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk335 online casino and sports betting platform available at pk335.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, game clients, payment systems, and customer service functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during registration, making a deposit, or simply accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all registered players and to all unregistered visitors who access the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk335, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk335 strictly prohibits access to persons under 21 years old. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through mandatory identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information updated at all times. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk335, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk335 or any recognised responsible gaming body.
• You represent that gambling with real money is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your location.

pk335 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity ("KYC verification") at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other official documentation. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk335 may be restricted or closed and outstanding balances suspended pending satisfactory verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk335. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently suspended. Any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or promotional credits in duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk335 account. This responsibility includes, without limitation:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notifying pk335 support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your pk335 account, your login credentials, or any device on which you remain logged in to the Platform.
• Keeping your registered email address, mobile number, and payment method details current and accurate at all times.
• Ensuring that all funds deposited into your pk335 account originate from a payment source legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

pk335 will never contact you to request your password via any channel including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from pk335 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk335 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at pk335's sole discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds.
• pk335 does not impose any transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges; these are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pk335 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details held on your pk335 account.
• All accounts must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• pk335 targets a processing time of two minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals following approval. Processing times for bank transfers may differ and are subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedule.
• pk335 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size, frequency, or source. This is a standard anti-money laundering precaution and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal requests that are pending review may be cancelled by the player and returned to the account balance at any time before they have been fully approved and processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk335 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk335 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Bonus at its sole discretion.
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each Bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated in specific offer terms, Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as designated in those terms. Using Bonus funds on excluded game categories will not contribute towards wagering requirements and may, in certain cases, void the Bonus entirely.
• pk335 operates a strict one-Bonus-per-player policy for welcome and first-deposit promotions. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including by using duplicate accounts — constitutes a terms violation and will result in account suspension.
• pk335 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the original terms at the time of credit.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the pk335 Platform.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pk335 Platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party software providers. All Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in pk335 casino games are independently certified and audited to ensure outcomes are statistically random and that no manipulation of results is possible by any party, including pk335 itself.

The rules governing individual games — including but not limited to blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all slot titles — are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on pk335 pages and the rules embedded within the game software, the game software shall prevail.

In the event of a game malfunction, network disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, pk335 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. pk335 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, hole-carding tools, and any form of collusion in live dealer or multiplayer games. Detection of such activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The pk335 sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on pk335:

• All bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Late bets placed after an event has commenced will be settled at in-play prices or voided at pk335's discretion.
• pk335 reserves the right to void any bet placed at prices that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with pk335's official sporting rules for the relevant sport, which are available upon request from support.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. pk335 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player on any market at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Winnings from accumulator and combination bets are calculated on a multiplicative basis. If any single selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet will be recalculated as an accumulator on the remaining selections.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, engage in arbitrage betting using coordinated accounts, or otherwise abuse sportsbook markets in bad faith may result in bet voidance, winnings forfeiture, and account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk335 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on pk335.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game.
• Depositing funds from payment sources not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk335 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any content, data, odds, or software from the pk335 Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk335 Platform — including but not limited to the pk335 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphic design, written content, software, source code, database structures, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk335 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior express written consent of pk335.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk335 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activities on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime or technical failure.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a technical or data error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk335's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk335 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk335 is committed to the responsible provision of online gaming and betting services. We firmly believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial burden or source of distress. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all pk335 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the responsible gaming tools interface.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the pk335 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk335 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
